Programme includes external sealing to single glazed Victorian heritage glass roofs and atriums; over 350 glass units changed across the estate — including large Georgian wired-glass programmes — and stained-glass repairs. Ltd incorporation is 2026-03-13 — the decade is venue delivery, not company age.

Can you really replace high-level glass without scaffolding?
In the majority of cases, yes. Rope access, MEWPs, mast climbers, glazing robots and out-of-hours crane lifts remove the need for a scaffold on most elevations — which usually removes the largest single cost from the job.
Can you work on Grade II listed glass roofs while a venue stays open?
Yes. Listed and heritage glass roofs on live venues are planned around the operation, using rope access or spider / powered access instead of routine scaffold shutdowns. At Alexandra Palace that has meant multiple projects over 10 years, including external sealing to single glazed Victorian heritage glass roofs and atriums and over 350 glass units changed — including large Georgian wired-glass programmes. Are you insured, and can you provide RAMS?
Yes. Public liability insurance is £10 million. Insurance details, method statements and risk assessments are issued for approval before mobilisation, and we will complete any client or FM pre-qualification pack you use.
Do you charge for a survey?
Initial site surveys for quotable works are free. Detailed condition surveys and formal reports are a priced deliverable, because they take real time and produce a document you can budget from.
