A building's condition is judged before anyone reaches reception. Streaked glass and stained cladding read as neglect, whatever the asset management plan says.
We clean glazed and clad elevations using the method the substrate requires — pure water systems for glass, controlled chemical treatments for mineral staining, and low-pressure techniques for sensitive stone and coated aluminium. Test patches are agreed before any full application.
We also handle the awkward jobs: builders' cleans and cement run-off after handover, hard-water and metallic staining, biological growth, and glass restoration where scratching or etching is superficial.

Questions we get asked
Can you remove cement run-off from glass?
In most cases yes, if it is caught reasonably early. Severe etching may need glass restoration or replacement — we will tell you which after a test patch.
Do you clean while the building is occupied?
Yes, with exclusion zones at ground level and works sequenced around entrances and pedestrian routes.
