A contractor built for the awkward jobs
ARRT Group Limited is a London-based specialist contractor working on commercial building envelopes — the glazing, facades and overhead structures that standard access cannot reach.
ARRT Group was set up by people who had spent years watching straightforward glazing defects turn into disproportionate projects — because the only way anyone knew how to reach the work was to wrap the building in steel.
We took a different route: train envelope tradespeople to work at height, invest in access capability rather than access hire, and price the job on the method that costs the client least. The result is a contractor that can survey a leak on Tuesday, close it out on Thursday, and prove it with photographs on Friday.
How we operate
- Directly managed teams. Our own supervised operatives on site, with a named point of contact from survey to sign-off.
- Diagnosis before price. We would rather spend an hour on the ropes understanding a defect than three years resealing around it.
- Evidence as standard. Photographic records, materials data and documentation on every job, not just the big ones.
- Honest scope. If refurbishment will do, we will say so. If a scaffold really is the right answer, we will say that too.
Part of ARRT Group
Alongside high-level access and glazing, ARRT Group delivers wider building fabric and external works for commercial and residential clients — so a single instruction can cover the envelope, the roof and the surrounding site rather than three separate procurement exercises.
Six steps, every time
Enquiry & triage
You speak to someone who understands glazing, not a call handler. Emergencies are mobilised immediately; everything else is booked for survey.
Site survey
We access the defect at close quarters, identify the system and photograph the condition. No guesswork from ground level.
Proposal & access plan
A fixed written price with the scope, materials, access method, programme and working hours set out clearly.
RAMS & mobilisation
Task-specific risk assessment and method statement issued for approval, permits arranged, materials ordered and delivery confirmed.
Delivery
Trained, directly employed and vetted operatives on site with a named supervisor and a daily progress update.
Close-out
Photographic record before, during and after, warranty documentation, and a schedule of anything else we noticed while we were up there.
