Drone Building Surveys London

You cannot inspect a roof, atrium or high elevation from the pavement. A drone building survey captures commercial aerial photography of façades, roofs and overhead glazing — then the same team can put a technician on the line where the images say the work is.

ARRT Group delivers commercial drone building surveys across London and the South East: aerial façade surveys, drone roof surveys and aerial condition surveys of elevations, atriums and difficult-access envelopes. This is not a consumer photography shop. The flight is a survey tool that feeds our existing high-level glazing, leak investigation and commercial roof repair offer — so the person reading the images is the contractor who can reach the defect.

We operate a sub-250g DJI platform (249g DJI). Full insurance is in place, including public liability of £10 million. Aerial photography is used to map condition, locate suspect leak paths, record roofs and elevations, and scope close-quarters inspection or repair — without a scaffold and without shutting the building.

Where the survey shows a defect that needs a pair of hands, the same instruction can move into close-quarters glazing inspection, leak detection or commercial roof repairs. One team owns the photographs and the fix.

Questions we get asked

Is this aerial photography for marketing or property listings?

No. Drone building surveys London are a commercial inspection tool — aerial façade, roof and condition photography that feeds high-level glazing and difficult-access works, not a consumer drone photography service.

What aircraft do you fly?

A sub-250g DJI platform (249g DJI). We do not publish a consumer model name; the class is what matters for how we operate on commercial sites.

Can you then fix what the survey finds?

Yes — that is the point. The aerial survey is the first look. Close-quarters inspection, leak tracing, glass replacement and commercial roof repairs sit behind it with the same team.

Are you insured?

Yes. Full insurance is in place, including public liability of £10 million. Policy documents are issued with the quotation.
