Planned Glazing Maintenance & PPM

Reactive glazing spend is expensive and unpredictable. Planned maintenance turns the same money into a known annual figure and a facade that stops surprising you.

A PPM visit is a systematic service of the glazed envelope: seals and gaskets checked and renewed where perished, drainage cleared, ironmongery and restrictors adjusted and lubricated, fixings checked, and any developing defect logged with photographs and a priority rating.

You receive a condition report after each visit with a costed schedule of recommended works, so the following year's budget is based on evidence rather than guesswork. Multi-site portfolios are handled to a single reporting standard.

Questions we get asked

What does a PPM visit actually include?

A defined, repeatable scope agreed with you up front — typically seal and gasket inspection, drainage clearing, ironmongery servicing, fixing checks and a written condition report with photographs.

Can you take on a portfolio of buildings?

Yes. Multi-site clients get a single reporting format, one point of contact and a consolidated annual programme.
