Glazing Surveys, Inspections & Reports
You cannot inspect a facade from the pavement with binoculars. Anything that matters — gasket condition, sealant adhesion, fixing corrosion, drainage blockage — has to be seen at arm's length.
We access the envelope directly and inspect it panel by panel, recording defects against an elevation reference with photographs. Findings are set out as a defect schedule with cause analysis, risk rating and a costed remedial programme split into immediate, short-term and planned works.
Surveys are used for pre-acquisition and dilapidations advice, insurance and warranty claims, PPM baselining, and building the business case for a refurbishment budget.
Where a first look from the air is the right step — roofs, atriums, full elevations — we also carry out drone building surveys in London: aerial façade and roof photography that feeds the same close-quarters inspection and remedial programme.

Questions we get asked
Do we have to use you for the remedial works?
No. The report is yours and is written to be tendered if you want to. Most clients ask us to price it because the survey team already understands the building.
Can you survey while the building stays occupied?
Yes. Inspection is almost entirely external, so occupants are unaffected beyond a brief exclusion zone at ground level.
